In 2022 Cedar Mountain LLC added to its business model Land Clearing, Forestry Mulching, Brush Clearing, Stump Grinding, Field Mowing, Custom Post Hole Drilling, Blackberry and Scotch Broom Mulching, Fire Break Clearing, Rite of Way Clearing, Homesite Preparation, Excavation, and Firewood Sales.
Cedar Mountain's owner Steve Prueitt has been in the Timber Management and Land Development Industry for over 40 years. He is a 4th generation Oregon logger. Therefore, it was a natural transition to incorporate Forestry Mulching and Land Clearing. When Steve was a young lad growing up in Tillamook, Oregon, he worked diligently at his father's Mill. As a young adult, he began logging on his own. As his two sons grew old enough, they too began to help in the logging operations. Steve is very much a family man. Steve and his wife Barb enjoy any opportunity they get to play with their 9 grandchildren. Steve's hobbies are fishing, deer & elk hunting, and more recently horseback riding with his wife.
